From first connection to confirmed meeting

Find your people
Log in, complete your profile and explore participants with networking access. Use their professional profiles and the app’s recommendations to identify people you would like to meet.

Request a meeting
Choose an available meeting slot and send a request. Include a short message explaining what you would like to discuss.

Meet at the show
Once your request is accepted, check your confirmed time and table in the app. Head to the TechEx Connect meeting area for your conversation.
Meetings are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Use the event app to view the agenda and explore what’s happening at TechEx Europe.
• Free passes do not include meeting requests or access to the scheduled TechEx Connect tables.

A few things to know
Can I arrange meetings with a free pass?
Free passes include agenda access in the app. To request and arrange meetings through TechEx Connect, upgrade to Gold. Networking access is also included for registered exhibitors, sponsors, speakers and press.
Who can I request a meeting with?
You can request meetings with other participants who have networking access, including Gold Pass holders, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers and press. Each meeting must be accepted by the other participant before it is confirmed.
Where do confirmed meetings take place?
Scheduled TechEx Connect meetings take place at the dedicated meeting tables. Your confirmed meeting details in the app will show the time and assigned table.
Can I arrange meetings before the event?
Yes. Once networking access opens and you have received your login details, you can explore participants and send meeting requests before you arrive.
How do I get my login details?
Your app access instructions will be sent by email. If you cannot find them, check your spam or junk folder, then contact enquiries@techexevent.com for help.
