The event is happening at RAI Amsterdam – a vibrant, spacious venue right in the heart of the city!

What are the timings of the event?

Day 1 – Monday 19 October 2026

Exhibition Hall – 8:30am – 5:30pm

Conference Sessions – 9:15am – 5:30pm

Networking Party – Evening on Day 1 (19th October) – TBC (Access limited to speakers, press, exhibitors, sponsors, and gold pass holders)

Day 2 – Tuesday 20 October 2026

Exhibition Hall – 9:00am – 4:00pm

Conference Sessions – 9:15am – 4:00pm

How do I get access to the co-located events?

Gold ticket passes give you full access to all sessions at every co-located event, plus the Networking Party, the main Exhibition Hall & Tradeshow, and all free tracks.

When will I get my badge?

Your badge should arrive immediately after registering your ticket online. If your badge doesn’t arrive within the first 24 hours, please check your spam folder and contact us on: enquiries@edgecomputing-expo.com

Do you provide Visa letters?

We can only provide VISA letters if you have purchased a paid ticket, or are an exhibitor or speaker. Once you have paid for your pass please email enquiries@techexevent.com and our team will confirm on our registration system we have you and will be able to issue a VISA letter.

What is the Student Policy?

Our conferences and expos are exclusively designed for industry professionals. At this time, we are unable to accommodate students. To ensure a professional environment for all attendees, any students found in the conference theatres or exhibition areas will be asked to leave. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
