Senior Digital, Data & AI Executive with 30+ years of international experience, including 20+ years in top-tier consulting (Accenture, PwC, IBM) and 11 years leading enterprise-wide transformation across Unilever, AstraZeneca, and Kraft Heinz.
I operate at the intersection of strategy, AI, technology architecture and organisational design, the combination that determines whether large-scale transformation builds durable capability or creates long-term dependency. I have delivered over 40% cost efficiencies across multi-competence integrated operations landscapes and scaled global organisations of more than 1,200 professionals.
I am currently completing a part-time PhD at UCL Computer Science, supervised by Professor Philip Treleaven, focused on intelligent optimisation systems. I am the lead author of iCOMP (SSRN, 2025), an AI architecture for fast moving consumer goods that integrates consumer signal detection, product discovery, manufacturing optimisation and go-to-market strategy into a single decision system. More recently I published FMCG 4.0 and Signal-to-Shelf Analytics (SSRN, 2026), a machine learning framework for integrated automation in fast moving consumer goods, which extends Industry 4.0 across the full innovation lifecycle and introduces a metric for how efficiently a market signal becomes a product on shelf. Its core mathematical properties are formally verified in Lean 4, in a public repository.
