With over 25 years of experience in the Technology industry, primarily within the Financial Services sector, I have been involved in prominent leadership roles in large-scale integrations, including the notable Lloyds and HBOS integration, which stood as the largest in Europe at the time.

In the past decade, my focus has shifted towards driving Digital Transformation and spearheading Agile ways of working. I have successfully collaborated with Offshore technical partners operating across global delivery centres on extensive projects, ensuring seamless delivery and achieving remarkable results.

In addition to my accomplishments in the Technology industry, I have had the privilege of working at top FTSE companies throughout my career. These experiences have provided me with valuable insights into the inner workings of prominent organisations, their strategic priorities, and the dynamic nature of the business landscape. I have honed my skills in navigating complex corporate environments and collaborating with diverse teams to enrich my leadership capabilities which equipped me with a deep understanding of challenges and opportunities inherent in large-scale enterprises.

Beyond my professional achievements, I am a passionate advocate for females in Technology. Recognizing the need for greater diversity, I actively engage in mentoring and coaching programmes, particularly for BAME (Black, Asian and Minority Ethic) females.
