As the Director of the IT Department at the City of Łódź, I manage strategic technology projects in the city, with the main goal being the digitization of public services and genuinely improving the quality of life for residents.
My nearly 30 years of experience includes managing complex IT infrastructure and cybersecurity systems. Combining strong technical skills with advanced analytical and interpersonal abilities allows me to effectively coordinate large IT system implementations and build efficient communication channels with business partners.
My professional experience so far is based on two strong pillars:
Smart City: I combine the world of IT technology with public administration to transform cities into more efficient, eco-friendly, and livable places.
EU Funds: As a long-time expert in evaluating EU-funded projects, I have gained a unique, broad perspective on state digitalization processes and practical knowledge in effectively obtaining and managing external funding.
Additionally, in May and June 2026, I had the pleasure of giving lectures at Jagiellonian University for MBA students, sharing practical insights into digital city transformation and Smart City solutions.
I believe that modern technology in the public sector should, first and foremost, be safe, useful, and designed with people in mind.
